I stayed in this romantic hotel for 2 days, had good experience, enjoyed its amazing location very close to a safe area for exploring Venice, the train station, vaporetto station, supermarket and restaurants, and restaurants and shops. Throughout the day staff were very very helpful. I was upgraded to good basic quadruple room with a bathroom.
The hotel staff was very unfriendly.

Quiet and absolutely fabulous hotel in a quiet area near restaurant as well as Santa Lucia train station. Got big room with books and toilet and balcony. Great and absolutely perfect location, at a short distance from a wide canal.
